The room phone did not work. I had to go downstairs to request fresh towels. Only one lift was working. There may have been an issue.

the reception staff, josh and ryan, were really professional and helpful. they gave us tips on local restaurants. i found this so thoughtful and accommodating.
The bathroom was missing a light, a hassle. also, i couldn't turn off the bedside lamp without removing the room card and plunging everything into darkness. I think this should be fixed ASAP.
